§ Mr. Cryer
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will instruct Her Majesty's Government's permanent ambassador to the United Nations permanent disarmament conference to initiate negotiations under the amendment procedure of the 1963 partial test ban treaty to enforce the finalisation of a comprehensive nuclear test ban treaty.
