§ Mr. MellorWe receive International Atomic Energy Agency safeguards implementation reports on an annual basis. The reports and the Director-General's oral commentary are confidential to board members.
However, a summary and the main conclusions of the 1986 safeguards implementation report (the latest available) are given in paragraphs 34 and 391 to 437 of the International Atomic Energy Agency's annual report for 1986. I am arranging for a copy to be placed in the Library.
