To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will publish the monthly figures for the cost of abortions carried out under the auspices of the National Health Service in the current financial year.

However, the estimated cost of abortions carried out under the National Health Service, excluding those performed under agency arrangements with the private sector in each month of the current financial year, based on the number of notifications received in each of those months is as follows:
