§ Mr. Chope[holding answer 8 February 1988]: All Ministers are entitled to a secure chauffer driven official vehicle when on Government business. The cost of providing this service for the years 1982–83 to 1985–86 were provided on 23 February 1987, at column 95. The costs for 1986–87 were provided on 23 July 1987, at column 180.
