To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will make a statement on the progress to date the Keep Warm Keep Well campaign.

To the end of January, there had been approximately 5,000 calls to the "Winter Warmth" freephone line. There has been a strong demand for the campaign booklet, of which 750,000 copies have been
