§ Mr. Frank FieldTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Services when Mrs. Ingrid Joan Gorman of 14 Allerton Grove, Birkenhead, will receive the invalid care allowance which she applied for in December 1986 under reference No. 071904.
§ Mr. ScottMrs. Gorman's claim was decided on 28 January and she should receive payment within the next seven days. I regret that processing of the claim took much longer than is usual and I am writing to the hon. Member.
