§ Mr. David MitchellThe following National Bus Company subsidiaries have been sold since 18 December 1987:
Management/employee buy out
- Crosville Wales Ltd.
- London Country (North West) Ltd.
Third Party Purchases
- Midland Red North Ltd.
- Lincolnshire Road Car Company.
In all, 59 subsidiaries have now been sold, 33 to management or employee teams.
