§ Mr. TrippierA consultation letter on stage 2 of the review of the building regulations, which was issued on 15 December 1986, included a proposal that a requirement for safety glazing of doors and low level glazing should be 433W included in the regulations. There has been a generally favourable response. We intend to consult on detailed proposals and advice as soon as the British Standards Institution has completed its current work on the revision of the relevant standard.
