§ The Attorney-GeneralI have interpreted the hon. Member's question as referring to the Attorney-General's guidelines on the criteria for prosecution. The guidelines have been reproduced in the code for Crown prosecutors, which is issued pursuant to section 10 of the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985, a copy of which is to be found in the Library of this House. The code makes no reference to fox hunts.
