To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will publish a table showing the numbers of gainers and losers in structural terms from the introduction of the Social Security Act 1988 as in "The Impact of the Reformed Structure of Income Related Benefits" broken down for Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland.

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will publish tables of the number of retirement pensioners living within South Shields who were(a) financially better off and (b) financially worse off after the introduction of new social security changes in April.
