Pursuant to my answer to your oral question on 14 November, I have caused inquiries to be made into your intimation of possible allegations in the Panorama programme broadcast on 13 October, or in David Leigh's book on the Wilson plot that Mr. Tony Brooks was involved in a plot to destabilise the Government of Lord Wilson, or committed illegal acts.There is in neither the programme, nor the book, any evidence, or indeed any allegation of any criminal activity by
