§ Mr. NichollsThe available statistics, based on reported injuries covering all industries in Great Britain, are set out in the table below. It is believed that all cases of reportable fatal injuries are reported. Statistics for non-fatal major injuries, and over 3 day injuries for 1986–87, are believed to be significantly reduced by under-reporting.
