§ Mr. Peter WalkerI last met Mrs. Edwards on 30 November together with all other Welsh health authority chairmen. Gwynedd Health Authority—like all health authorities—is statutorily required to ensure that its financial position is in balance. It has submitted various service rationalisation proposals towards this end and these are currently under consideration.
