§ The Attorney-GeneralPhotocopies of documents at the Public Record Office are made on A3 size paper only. Reprographic fees are calculated to recover in full the running costs and capital charges attributable to the service, and are based on past levels of costs and volumes of business, with allowances for expected future variations. The current fee of 26p per copy, inclusive of 3.39p VAT, is based on figures for 1986–87 when 683,526 copies were made at a cost of £154,347.
