§ Mr. David MitchellThe present concessionary travel arrangements for pensioners on LRT services in London are provided by agreement between LRT and the London local authorities. Permits continue to be issued free of charge to pensioners. I understand that certain of the administrative costs incurred by LRT and the Post Office are reimbursed by the participating local authorities who also fund the cost of the concession.
