§ Mr. SainsburyThe United Kingdom is currently studying the requirement for a successor to its free-fall nuclear bomb. In this context, we have considered with France each country's requirement for an air-launched stand-off missile. Exchanges are continuing with a view to indentifying where British and French requirements might be similar, and assessing what merit there might be in collaboration.
