§ Mr. DunnMy statement reflected the fact that the ballot gave only one vote to couples with a single child attending an ILEA school, and gave no vote to those parents in the Inner London education authority area who, perhaps because of dissatisfaction with ILEA, have chosen for their children either a school maintained by another authority, or an independent school.
