§ Mr. GristThirty-two people were waiting for non-urgent in-patient treatment in NHS hospitals in Powys on 30 September 1987, a reduction of 45 per cent. on the previous year, and none were waiting for urgent treatment. I congratulate the Powys health authority on meeting its in-patient targets.
