§ Mr. NichollsThe Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is not aware of any small inventory top tier sites which have been removed from liability under the Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards Regulations since 1986.
The HSE is aware of 21 small inventory top tier sites where the occupiers have completed offsite emergency plans and 14 sites where information has been issued to the public.
