§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonThe sale of any beverage which in strength exceeds 1.2 per cent. of ethyl alcohol to children under the age of 18 years is an offence under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976. Anyone possessing evidence of such an offence should bring the matter to the attention of the police.
