To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether he has any plans to meet representatives of the Workers Educational Association to discuss future funding; and if he will make a statement.

§ Mrs. Rumbold
My right hon. Friend has no immediate plans to meet the Workers Educational Association. Officials from the Department are currently discussing the future of the association with its representatives.
