§ Mr. FreemanBar facilities are limited to the provision of officers' messes, sergeants' messes, junior ranks' clubs and in certain cases civilian canteens. These are well regulated and arrangements are kept under local review. The admission of civilian personnel to service facilities is only by invitation and is subject to strict control of local commanders.
