§ Mr. Campbell-Savoursasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) whether he will call for a report from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis on the circumstances surrounding the arrest of Frank Larsen at the Regent Palace hotel on 9 July; and if he will make a statement;
(2) if he will call for a report from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis as to how the police established that a Ministry of Defence police warrant card in the possession of a Mr. Frank Larsen, charged in connection with alleged conspiracy to kidnap members of the African National Congress, had been forged; and if he will make a statement;
(3) what steps have been taken to recover classified material found in the possession of Frank Larsen at his home and premises he has occupied; and if he will make a statement;
(4) when Her Majesty's Government first became aware of an alleged conspiracy to kidnap members of the African National Congress in London;
(5) if he will call for a report from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis as to when all documents previously in the possession of Frank Larsen, John Larsen, Hans Christian Dahl, Viggo Oerbak, Jonathon Wheatley, Evan Dennis-Evans and Johann Neimoller will be returned to them; and if he will make a statement.

§ Mr. Campbell-Savoursasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for a report from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis as to on what grounds Frank Larsen, John Larsen, Evan Dennis-Evans and Jonathon Wheatley were held under the Prevention of Terrorism Act.
§ Mr. HurdAll four men were arrested and detained under section 12 of the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1984 on suspicion of having been concerned in the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.
