§ Mr. WaldegraveMy officials had a helpful discussion on this subject with representatives of the Building Societies Association on Wednesday 9 September and have since written to them confirming the points made at that meeting. The BSA had already publicised to its member societies the Building Research Establishment's findings on large panel properties and will be issuing further guidance to societies in due course.
