Mr. Gordon Brown

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) if he will give the net capital allocation (non-housing revenue account) figure, repriced for inflation, for district councils within the Dunfermline, East constituency for each year since 1978;

(2) if he will give the percentage increase or decrease in capital allocation (non-housing revenue account) over the previous year for district councils within the Dunfermline, East constituency for each year since 1978;

(3) if he will give the net capital allocation housing revenue account figure for district councils within the Dunfermline, East constituency, repriced for inflation, for each year since 1978;
