§ Mr. Thurnhamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what response he has made to the further representations by local residents against development at Birtenshaw farm, Bolton; and when he will be announcing his decision about the covenant against building on the site.
§ Mr. WaldegraveLocal residents have been told that all their representations will be taken into account. These and the statements made by the main parties are being considered but I am unable yet to say how soon a decision can be announced.
