§ 50. Mr. Galeasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what new initiatives he intends to take with the United Kingdom's European Community partners against international terrorism.
§ Mr. MellorWe are firmly committed to fight against international terrorism and are fully aware of the need for international co-operation to prevent and combat it. We shall, in co-operation with our partners, pursue any new initiatives which help strengthen and improve this co-operation while at the same time continuing to urge partners to fulfil commitments and undertakings already made. We shall continue to play an active part in relevant international organisations to secure and maintain a common, firm approach.
