§ The Prime MinisterFollowing my remarks on 23 July, major aerospace companies agreed to continue work at company expense on certain key national space programmes until the European Space Agency ministerial council meeting in November. Information on the overall amount of funding being made available to these programmes by the private sector is not held by the Government.
