§ Mr Foulkesasked the Prime Minister if she will list all the intergovernmental organisations of which the United Kingdom is a member, giving for each one which Department has primary responsibility, which other Departments are involved, and in what ways and whether Her Majesty's Government have a permanent diplomatic mission at the relevant organisation's headquarters.
