§ Mr. MellorI visited Hungary in September and my right hon. and learned Friend did so in March. We hope that Mr. Varkonyi, the Hungarian Foreign Minister, will pay a return visit next year; and that visits by Ministers and senior officials from both countries will continue at regular intervals.
