Whether they have yet reached a conclusion on the question whether the whole of the Canadian Archipelago and its waters are fully under Canadian sovereignty.

As the noble Lord has previously been told, we recognise Canada's full sovereignty over the islands in the Canadian Archipelago. Contacts with the Canadian Government on the matter of the surrounding waters continue.
