§ The Attorney-GeneralIt would not be appropriate to reach a decision in this matter until all the necessary police inquiries have been fully completed; until the evidence has been carefully considered by the Director of Public Prosecutions, by senior Treasury counsel and by myself; and until I have satisfied myself as to what the public interest requires.
