§ Mrs. RoeWakefield borough council has already received an additional allocation of £0.230 million this year for housing defects. My right hon. Friend announced on 3 November that £44.7 million will be made available for additional HIP allocations this year for various purposes, including assistance under the Housing Defects Act. We hope to make allocations very soon.
