(2) if he will give details of capital investment figures for the Scottish coalfields for the years 1988 to 1991;
(3) if he will give details of capital investment in the Scottish coalfields for opencast development for years 1988 to 1991;
(4) if he will give details as to the capital cost of developing the Dalguhandy coal site in the Clydesdale constituency.
