Mr. Cousins

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will list the number of fully-trained speech therapists employed in each region of the National Health Service for 1984–85, 1985–86 and 1986–87; and what was the rate of turnover of fully-trained speech therapy staff in each region for those years.
