Whether they plan to publish a White Paper in association with the Merchant Shipping Bill introduced on 29th October.

The Merchant Shipping Bill was published on Friday 30th October together with a White Paper,Merchant Shipping: Legislative Proposals (Cmnd. 239), which describes the background to, and content of, the Bill.
