§ Mr. Moore[pursuant to his reply, 30 March 1987, c. 373]: In April 1986 the Management and Personnel Office, after consulting the Chief Medical Officer, DHSS, circulated all Departments with guidance to managers and model notes for staff. My Department drew on those notes in providing notes for staff. I understand that copies of the guidance and model notes are available in the Library of the House. I expect to issue further guidance, drawing on the Department of Employment/HSE book "AIDS and Employment" shortly.
