§ Mr. Sternasked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many individual guarantees have been issued by PRC (Homes) Ltd. to date in respect of completed repair works.
§ Mr. TraceyI understand from PRC Homes Ltd. that. as at 1 April 1987, 1,423 houses had been registered in England and Wales under the PRC Homes Ltd. warranty scheme; and that, of these, 396 had had their repairs completed.
