§ Mr. Mark RobinsonThe establishment of the Executive Committee of the Health Policy Board and the NHS Directorate are a consequence of a reorganisation of existing staff at the Welsh Office Health and Social Work Service Department following the implementation of the report of the Griffiths inquiry. The revenue costs of these staff in 1987–88 are expected to be about £1.75 million. There are no anticipated capital costs.
