What was the average time per day that prisoners in C1 Unit at Holloway prison spent in their cells in the most recent period for which figures are available, and how this compares with women in the rest of the prison.

The Earl of Caithness

During the period 2nd–8th March prisoners on C1 Unit spent an average of 15–6 hours each day in their cells. In the remaining parts of the prison the average varied from 14.5 to 17 hours.

During the period 2nd–9th March (six working days) 31 women had access to the skills training unit for 3½ hours per day.
