§ Mr. EggarThis is an issue which we have regularly raised with the Turkish Government. The withdrawal of foreign troops will obviously have to form part of any comprehensive settlement to the Cyprus dispute. We believe that the United Nations Secretary General's initiative is best placed to achieve such a settlement; and we therefore give his efforts our full support.
