§ Mrs. ChalkerThe most recent ministerial level meetings with a representative of the Angolan Government took place in July 1986 when my right hon. Friend the Minister of State, Department of Energy, my hon. Friend the Minister of State, Department of Trade and Industry and myself had meetings with the Angolan Minister of Foreign Trade, Senor Ismael Martins, during his visit to the United Kingdom.
