§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department why he will not call for a report from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis on the progress of inquiries into the alleged disclosure of classified information about the Zircon satellite.
§ Mr. HurdBecause the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis will, when his inquiries are complete, report to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
