§ Mr. Ralph Howellasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will show the average price to the consumer of (a) a pint of milk, (b) a 2 1b loaf of bread and (c) a pint of beer in 1960, 1970, 1980 and 1986; and if he will also show the percentage increase between 1980 and 1986 in each case.
