HC Deb 09 March 1987 vol 112 c29W
Mr. Peter Bruinvels

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many (a) Jordanian diplomats and (b) employees of the Royal Jordanian embassy have been interviewed by the police in relation to alleged sex offences during the past five years and to date; and in which cases prosecutions ensued.

Mr. Mellor

There have been no cases during the past five years in which a member of the Royal Jordanian embassy has been prosecuted for an alleged sexual offence. It is not the practice to supply information about police action in relation to members of individual missions which does not result in prosecution.
