§ Mr. EggarThis review is an internal ODA document. As my hon. Friend the Minister for Overseas Development (Mr. Patten) told the hon. Member for Roxburgh and Berwickshire (Mr. Kirkwood) on 16 February at c.410, he has decided to provide a further grant of £100,000 to the Centre for World Development Education. My hon. Friend has also decided to provide a further grant of £6,000 to Scottish Education and Action for Development.
