§ Mr. Buchanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what consideration he has given to the organisation of the crafts in Scotland; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. LangI have received proposals from the Scottish Development Agency, HIDB and the Scottish Arts Council for a redistribution of responsibilities for the services to craftsmen in Scotland. These proposals are currently under consideration and a decision will be announced in due course.
