Whether any decisions which were not taken at the NATO Defence Ministers' meeting at Gleneagles on new political guidelines for the use of nuclear weapons and on new rules of engagement have yet or are still to be taken.
§ Lord TrefgarneAll aspects of NATO's general political guidelines for the employment of nuclear weapons in defence of NATO will be kept under review to ensure that they remain appropriate in the light of developments. NATO rules of engagement for conventional forces are also kept under review.
