§ Mr. NewtonFull details of more than 350 schemes planned by Regional Health Authorities for the improvement of waiting lists and times in their districts supported from the waiting list fund of £25 million for 1987–88 were placed in the Library on 23 March 1987. Since then there have been only minor alterations to some of the projects to take account of changing circumstances. No expenditure has yet been authorised from the £25 million fund for 1988–89.
