Berkshire Humberside Buckinghamshire Lincolnshire Cambridgeshire Norfolk Cheshire Northumberland Cornwall Oxfordshire Cumbria Somerset Devon Surrey East Sussex West Sussex Gloucestershire Calderdale Hereford and Worcester ILEA Hertfordshire Solihull Since then a pilot scheme has been introduced in some schools in Kent.
